Crate twine_core

Source
Expand description

UI-independent application core for Twine.

Modules§

config
User configuration. Serde defaults supply omitted settings; the starter file shows basic choices.
memories
Discovery of local harness memories, instructions, and extraction records. Database reads use private snapshots; explicit edits are limited to Markdown files.

Structs§

Agent
One process filling one role in a workflow.
AgentDefaults
Optional choices that prefill the launch form. Each launch can override them.
AgentGraph
Agent coordination, not a general task executor. Only explicit signals follow links.
AgentId

CommandReceipt
CompletionSignal
DirectoryListing
Event
FileEntry
FilePreview
FileSaveRequest
FileSnapshot
FileVersion
FolderState
The open folder and the recent folders the start page lists.

GitRepository
GitSnapshot
GraphEdge
GraphOutput
GraphPosition
GraphRun
Handoff
Work passed from a role in one stage to a role in the next, or back along a review loop.
HarnessModel
HarnessModels
InstanceCount
How many agents can fill a role. The user picks the count within these bounds at launch.
ModelListRequest
A model list running on its own thread, so a slow harness never holds up the caller. Dropping it stops the harness and waits for its worker to clean up.
RecentFolder
RequestId
ReviewLoop
Sends work from a review stage back to an earlier stage when the reviewer requests changes.
Role
A responsibility in the type, independent of the harness that fills it.
RoleId
RoleLaunch
One harness choice per role instance, fixed at launch.
RunAgent
Session
SessionId
Snapshot
Stage
StageId
StageRole
One end of a handoff: a role while it runs in a stage.

TerminalExit
TerminalId
TerminalSize

TraceActivity
TraceActivityCounts
TraceActivityId
Durable native tool or subagent identity within a prompt or assignment.

TraceLane
TraceLaneId
TraceSpan
TraceSpanId
TraceStorageStatus
TraceSummary
TranscriptPage
A page of committed, unmodified terminal output. Offsets count bytes, not characters.
TranscriptRequest
A bounded storage request whose completion can be polled without waiting for disk I/O.
TranscriptSize

ValidationIssue
Workflow
WorkflowId
WorkflowRun
Serializable run state. A run pins both its type reference and definition. Processes and completion mailboxes are deliberately absent; restoring an active run interrupts it.
WorkflowState
WorkflowTerminal
WorkflowTrace
WorkflowTracePage
WorkflowType
WorkflowTypeDefinition

Enums§

AgentColor
A portable color name. The front end chooses the platform color for each appearance.
ApplicationError
ApplicationState
BuiltinType
Stable identities for the default TOML graphs shipped with Twine.
CatalogError
Command
CommandDisposition
CommandResult
Completion
The explicit signal that ends a stage.
Decision
ElementPath
The element of a definition that an issue points at. Indexes are positions in the definition’s lists, so they stay unambiguous even when two elements share an ID.

UnavailableReason
Why a folder can’t be opened.
ValidationProblem
WorkflowKind
WorkflowStatus
WorkflowTypeRef
One exact workflow type. A workflow keeps the reference it started with.

Constants§

MAX_PARALLEL_AGENTS
The most agents that can run at once in one stage, counting every instance of every role.
MAX_REVIEW_ROUNDS
The most times a review loop can send work back before the workflow stops.
MAX_TRACE_PAGE_SIZE
MAX_TRANSCRIPT_READ_BYTES
Maximum bytes returned by a single transcript read.
TEXT_LIMIT

Functions§

validate
Checks that every reference resolves and that loops and parallelism stay bounded.
